YG Taking Heat For His New Single “How To Rob A Rapper”

YG isn’t a stranger to controversy.

I Got Issues, the newest album from the Compton rapper YG, was released on Friday, September 30. He has since released a song and video called “How To Rob A Rapper”. Some people are not here for it. 

It’s been a few short weeks since Philly rapper PnB Rock was robbed and murdered at Los Angeles restaurant Roscoe Chicken & Waffles.

The rapper has already written songs on the perils of living on the streets. In 2016, he released a song titled “Don’t Come to LA,” which served as a warning to future musicians about the dangers of being in Los Angeles, where several musicians, had suffered untimely deaths.

On Twitter, people are talking about a song that features Mozzy and D3szn, and fans are having mixed emotions about it.

I get why people trippin off YG’s song “How To Rob A Rapper”, but ya also makin it clear ya dont really listen to his music. He got similar songs like “Dont Come To LA” talkin about the same culture he warnin mfs to not lack when coming into. But y’all trippin off the timing
