Nipsey Hussle will be honored on what would have been his 37th Birthday on August 15th.
A star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame will be dedicated to Nipsey Hussle after his death. On his 37th birthday, which would be on August 15, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced the honoring of the late Crenshaw star.
Nipsey will be inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame with NFL great Michael Strahan, actor Michael B. Jordan, the Black Eyed Peas, and others, at a ceremony set to begin at 10 a.m. PT.
Tragically, Hussle was shot and died on March 31, 2019, in front of his Marathon Clothing store. The grand jury in July found Eric Holder guilty of first-degree murder for killing Nip. Some experts have suggested that he be given a life sentence with the possibility of parole.
Nipsey Hussle’s legacy will be immortalized in California State in more ways than one. The Los Angeles subway system has announced that a future stop would be dedicated to the late artist. This station, Nipsey Hussle Square, will provide service on the Hyde Park K-Line.
