Ben’s Chili Bowl, a Washington, DC landmark, recently paid tribute to Dj QuickSilva, one of the city’s most beloved DJs. Ben’s Chili Bowl on U Street in northwest Washington, DC, has a Wall of Fame, and Roberto “DJ Quicksilva” Silva’s portrait is included there.
QuickSilva is a successful businessman with a global reputation as “The Party Kingpin.” QuickSilva has gone from a local club Dj to a 5 pm drive Dj to one of the youngest morning show hosts to being syndicated in over 10 cities.
Dj QuickSilva has two Global Spin Awards, was voted by the MixShow Power Summit as East Coast #1, and has been ranked DC #1 for the past two decades.
You may recognize him as the official DJ for international tours for artists like Jay Z, 50 Cent, Lil Mo, Fabolous, Missy, and Busta Rhymes, and as the DJ for the popular television show 106 & Park.
